Spinach Crisps (Chips)

I used baby spinach leaves for this snack. I poured a very small amount of olive oil over the spinach, coated the leaves with seasoning (sea salt, cayenne pepper, powdered garlic, black pepper, and 1 or 2 other spices), and then I placed the leaves on a baking sheet. I preheated the oven at about 250-300 degrees and baked the leaves at that temperature for about 30 minutes.
This looks yummy, never thought of making crisps from spinach. I love spinach and it’s so good for you so I will be trying this out
